At the core of Breedr's experience is automation and security, in order for us to verify your animals we'll link to the BCMS database. If you did not complete or were unable to complete the BCMS form during your registration process contact Support@Breedr.co or use the Intercom icon.
1) Navigate to the Animal Dashboard
2) You will know that your animals have synced with BCMS when the circle in your animal dashboard turns green. Animals that have not synced or have failed to sync will appear in Grey, if you think animals should have synced but have not, please contact Support@Breedr.co or use the Intercom icon.
