Step by step guide

At the bottom of the left panel, you will find the Import Data icon, once clicked, follow the Custom import (advanced) link at the top right part of the screen.

Select 'Activity' and then click the arrow for the next step.

Select 'Upload file'

Choose your file from your documents. When uploading data, the file format has to be a CSV (you can do these by saving your excel file as a CSV onto your computer) Then click on the arrow for the next step.

Choose the activity type. This defaults to Live Weight. Make sure you select 'Carcass Sale'.

Match the information you have with the drop down headings. If there is information that isn't relevant, you can leave this as 'IGNORE'.

The mandatory fields are: passport number, activity date, lot number, kill number, grading, cold weight & buyer

You can also add a carcass price, hot weight and condemned weight.

Please separate the grading into conformation & fat score and have the grading in a separate column, please see screenshots below.

Click on the arrow at the bottom of the page, to upload the data. If it has successfully uploaded, you will have a green confirmation banner.

If the banner is red, there has been an issue with the upload. It will inform you of the problem.

View your data in your Carcass Report

Now you have uploaded your data, you can then view this in your carcass report in the reports section of the web app.

Please allow a minimum of 30 mins for the data to upload and the report to populate with the new data.
