Your animals don't need to be showing in your account to upload carcass information against them. As long as they have been synced to Breedr in the past, you can add carcass information and it will show in your carcass report.

At the bottom of the left panel, you will find the Import Data logo, once you have clicked into that section, follow the Custom import (advanced) link at the top right part of the screen.

Select 'Activity' and then click the arrow for the next step.

Select 'Upload file'

Choose your file from your documents. When uploading data, the file format has to be a csv. Then click on the arrow for the next step.

Choose the activity type. This defaults to Live Weight. Make sure you select 'Carcass Sale'.

Match the information you have with the drop down headings. If there is information that isn't relevant, you can leave this as 'IGNORE'.

The mandatory fields are: passport number, activity date, lot number, kill number, grading, cold weight & buyer.

Please separate the grading into conformation & fat score and have the grading in a separate column, please see screenshots below.

Click on the arrow at the bottom of the page, to upload the data. If it has successfully uploaded, you will have a green confirmation banner that the data has been added. If the banner is red, there has been an issue with the upload. It will inform you of the problem.
